Science and Art meet every day. They are about the same age, read the same books, drink the same coffee and prefer dark chocolate. But are they different? Not so much. Passively exposing people to complex scientific principles by presenting them as art is the foundation of what Jeff Lieberman does.
With four degrees in his pocket and the passion of a passionate porcupine, his parents couldn’t be more proud. Someday soon he’ll be Dr. Lieberman, courtesy of the Robotic Life group at the MIT Media Lab. He performs electronic music in the duo ‘gloobic’, publishes photography, and shows kinetic sculpture around the world. He is also the host of “Time Warp” on the Discovery Channel.
